º     CORRUGATED PLATES INTERCEPTOR (CPI) 

TECNIAGUAS manufactures CPI units that are specially designed for the treatment of produced water with free non-emulsified oil levels up to 1.500 ppm, droplet sizes between 40 and 150 µm and API between 12.5 and 40. The separation is carried out in transportable units with capacities up to 200.000 BWPD, depending on the API gravity of the crude oil and its droplet diameter in the water

º     CPI-FLOT

The CPI-FLOT are similar to the CPI units, but are modified by the addition of an induced air flotation system at the inlet of the unit, which enhances the efficiency of the process.

º     FLOTATION CELLS (IGF/IAF)

TECNIAGUAS® induced air or gas flotation units are designed to remove emulsified organic oils, suspended solids and organic matter present in produced water. These units require minimum energy for their operation, have a small foot-print and low operational and maintenance costs.

º     NUTSHELL FILTERS (NSF S/B) 

TECNIAGUAS® nutshell filters, NSF, are specially designed for the treatment of water with crude oil and suspended solid levels equal or less than 50 ppm, achieving reduction levels of about 95%. TECNIAGUAS® uses imported English nutshell with a secant modulus between 156.000 and 172.000 psi.

º     DECANTERS

TECNIAGUAS® decanters include a recirculation system that allows the operator to adjust the chemical dosage in order to improve the clarification time of the wallnut shell filters' backwash water. This units can handle flows in between 5.000 and 50.000 BWPD.

º     DISPOSABLE CARTRIDGE AND BACK-WASH SELF-CLEANING MICROFILTERS

They are used for the final water polishing after the Walnut Shell Filters in order to guarantee a maximum particle diameter, usually between 5 and 10 mm, and avoid the plugging of the wells in the reinjection process.

TECNIAGUAS® provides two different types of filters: a disposable cartridges one, usually made from polypropylene, and another automatic back-wash self-cleaning one with Stainless Steel mesh.
